TOP SELLING POSTER in 2016
UPDATED 2016 with the NEW alcohol guidelines.
This A3 poster simply asks 'did you know' how many units are in your drinks? To reduce the risk of harming your health if you drink most weeks: Men and Women should not regularly drink more than 14 units a week. Pregnant women and those planning pregnancy should avoid alcohol completely.
Remember not to 'save up' 14 units for one or two days but instead spread them evenly over three or more days. Aim to have at least two or three alcohol-free days each week.
The less alcohol you drink, the lower the health risks.
This poster is the companion poster to the 'Alcohol & You' leaflet and 'Know the facts' poster.
