Welcome to the HP-publications website, bringing you a wide range of high quality publications designed for promoting health.
Hp-publications will be closing on 31st March 2026. We want to thank all our customers for their support over the years.
How to order: It is easy - here are the options.
Website:
Online orders are now suspended due to the closure. Please send orders via email to: finance@hp-publications.co.uk when they will be invoiced for payment or online bank payment transfers accepted prior to dispatch. Please contact us for bank account details together with your order. OR send us your organisation's official PURCHASE ORDER.
IMPORTANT: Due to the forthcoming closure we are unable to offer payment via credit/debit card. WE WILL INVOICE FOR PAYMENT.
IMPORTANT: We will only dispatch orders prior to payment if an official purchase order is received. All other orders, we will require payment prior to dispatch.
STOCK AVAILABILITY: PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO ORDERING TO CHECK THE AVAILABILITY AND QUANTITIES OF STOCK ITEMS (fnance@hp-publications.co.uk).
Official purchase orders:
On receipt of official purchase orders publications will be sent out with a delivery note; an invoice will be raised and sent out separately.
Invoice payment terms are 30 days net from the date of the invoice.
BACS or online payments are accepted; please contact us for bank details.
Cheque payments to be made payable to HP-publications.

Orders can only be accepted for a minimum value of £35.00 plus postage and packaging. Order value can be made up of a variety of titles.
Sorry but we cannot accept orders over the telephone.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from receipt of your order.
Orders for posters on their own cannot be accepted. Any order for posters must always be accompanied by an order for leaflets, which exceeds the quantity of the posters required; this is due to VAT regulations.
Postage and Packing rates:
Orders up to and including the value of £100 will incur a flat rate charge of £12.00. Orders exceeding the value of £101 will incur a charge of 12% of the total order.
Important:
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish and Channel Islands, and overseas are subject to individually quoted delivery rates. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing an order either by:
